Yes. Open courses carry a standard 10% early-bird discount for bookings made well ahead of the start date, and a 15% group rate when three or more delegates from the same organisation attend together. Both can apply to the same booking.
Shorter formats deliver a focused subset of the 5-day comprehensive syllabus rather than a diluted version of the whole thing, so they're priced as their own product rather than as a simple day-rate fraction. The 5-day comprehensive format carries the full outline shown on each programme page.
Course materials, facilitation and a London Apex certificate on completion. For exam-preparation courses (PMP®, PRINCE2®, NEBOSH, IOSH, CIPS, CIPD, Lean Six Sigma, CISSP), the formal examination fee is booked separately from the workshop fee — we'll confirm the exact exam cost and process when you enquire.
It depends on location, delegate numbers and language mix. As a rough guide, five-day in-house programmes delivered in the GCC commonly sit in the region of £3,900–£7,200 per programme; UK in-house pricing is typically quoted against the open-course rate multiplied by expected delegate numbers, then adjusted once we know the detail. Yes — most bespoke work starts from an existing course as the base outline, then rebuilds the case studies, terminology and exercises around your organisation. If you need something that doesn't map to any existing programme at all, tell us the outcome you're after and we'll scope it directly with you.
A straightforward in-house delivery of an existing course can usually be scheduled within a few weeks. A fully bespoke build takes longer, since it involves a scoping call, content adaptation and a review cycle with your L&D or functional lead before delivery — we'll give you a realistic timeline once we understand the brief.
Every programme carries a London Apex certificate on completion, which counts toward continuing professional development records. Courses that map to an external professional body — PMP®, PRINCE2®, CIPS, CIPD, NEBOSH, IOSH, Lean Six Sigma or CISSP — are delivered by associates working to that body's syllabus, but the formal exam and certification from that body is booked and awarded separately from our workshop.
For exam-preparation courses, yes — the workshop prepares you for the exam, but the exam itself is booked through the relevant professional body (for example PMI for PMP®, or PeopleCert for PRINCE2®) and is not included in the workshop fee.
For proprietary courses that don't map to an external certifying body, delegates receive a London Apex Professional Certificate (or, for senior-level programmes, an Executive Certificate) on completion.
